A personal injury has the potential to disrupt every facet of your life. It can cause physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, and financial hardship. If you have been injured in an accident that was not your fault, the last thing you want to do is battle the insurance companies on your own. You need an experienced Boston car accident lawyer who will fight for the full and fair compensation you deserve under the law. Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. has been helping people like you for decades. Put your trust in us to get you the results you need to move forward with your life.
Who is Attorney Matthew T. Lallier?
Associate Attorney Matthew T. Lallier has quickly become an integral part of the Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. team. Attorney Lallier focuses his efforts on representing people who have been injured in car accidents and other personal injury matters like slip and falls, dog bites, trucking accidents, and construction accidents. On top of that, Attorney Lallier is a well-known litigator. He has been litigating cases for years, including as the owner and managing partner of his very own law firm. Why Does Experience Matter for a Lawyer?
When you have been injured in an accident, the insurance companies will do everything they can to minimize the amount of money they have to pay out on your claim. They will likely try to lowball you with a quick settlement that does not take into account all of your damages – both economic and non-economic. If you accept their offer, you could be left holding the bag financially.
An experienced attorney like Matthew T. Lallier knows how to deal with insurance companies. He also knows how to investigate an accident, gather evidence, and build a strong case for liability and damages. With Attorney Lallier in your corner, you can be confident that your rights will be protected and that you will have a strong advocate fighting for the best possible outcome in your case.
